By booking any tour or service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment or booking confirmation from our team.
- You will receive a confirmation message/email with your tour details once your booking is secured.
- Please review all details carefully and inform us immediately if any corrections are required.
2. Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience.
- Payments can be made via online transfer, bank transfer, card, or cash.
- Cash on pickup is accepted for most tours. Guests may pay directly to the driver or tour representative at the time of pickup.
- Card payments may be subject to applicable bank or processing charges.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required for private tours, large groups, or special packages.
- All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy ensures fairness for both guests and operations.
Free Cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour time are non-refundable.
No Show
- Guests who do not show up at the pickup location or fail to respond to driver contact will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged or non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests made 24 hours prior to the tour are free of charge (subject to availability).
- Requests within 24 hours may incur additional charges or may not be accepted.
5. Pickup & Timing
- Pickup times are shared in advance. Guests must be ready at the pickup location on time.
- Drivers may wait up to 5–10 minutes only to avoid affecting other guests.
- Delays caused by guests may result in missed activities without refund.
6. Health & Safety
Desert safari activities (dune bashing, quad biking, camel rides, etc.) involve moderate physical activity.
Not recommended for:
- Pregnant women
- Guests with back/neck problems
- Heart conditions
- Serious medical issues
Guests participate at their own risk and must inform us in advance of any health concerns.
7. Child Policy
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Child rates apply where specified.
- Infant seats may be provided upon request (subject to availability).
8. Weather & Operational Changes
Tours may be modified, delayed, or cancelled due to weather conditions, government regulations, or safety reasons.
In such cases, we will offer:
- Rescheduling, or
- Alternative options, or
- Refund (where applicable)
9. Liability
While we maintain high safety standards, Desert Safari Abu Dhabi Trip is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Injuries due to non-compliance with safety instructions
- Delays beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
Guests are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
