1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or official contact channels.
- After submitting the booking form, you will receive an email confirmation, and our team will reach out on WhatsApp to verify your details.
- Your booking is considered confirmed only after the pickup information is finalized.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on the website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
- Payment can be made in cash at pickup, online, or through any approved payment method.
- Card/online payments may include additional processing charges (usually 3%–5%), depending on the payment provider. These charges are non-refundable and will be added to the final amount.
- Prices may vary during weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
3. Pickup & Drop-off
- Pickup is provided within Abu Dhabi city limits unless stated otherwise.
- Pickup times may vary due to traffic, location, and weather conditions.
- Guests must be ready at the assigned pickup point at the confirmed time.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the tour.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur full charges.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If the tour is cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund (excluding card processing fees, if paid online).
5. Health & Safety
Dune bashing is not recommended for:
- Pregnant women
- Infants
- Guests with heart conditions
- Guests with severe back or neck problems
Guests participate at their own risk and must wear seat belts during all off-road activities.
6. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The company is not liable for loss, damage, or misplacement of items during the tour.
7. Weather Conditions
- All desert activities depend on stable weather conditions.
- In case of extreme heat, sandstorms, rainfall, or unsafe conditions, tours may be rescheduled or cancelled with a refund option.
8. Behavior & Conduct
- Guests must behave respectfully with staff, animals, and fellow travelers.
- Misconduct, intoxication, or causing disturbance may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Desert Safari Abu Dhabi Trip is not responsible for:
- Injuries resulting from adventurous activities
- Accidents caused by negligence of guests
- Natural or environmental hazards
All activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
10. Photography & Media
- Photos and videos captured during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless guests request otherwise.
- Guests may request removal of any media featuring them.
11. Changes to the Itinerary
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary based on safety, weather, or operational needs.
- Any changes will be communicated whenever possible.
